Former teacher turned Realtor®. I began my real estate career in 2015 after my Father-In-Law encouraged me to do so. I was still teaching full time and learning the ropes in real estate.am the broker/owner of Anchor Real Estate Advisors. We specialize in buying, selling, and working directly with investors to present cash offers to interested sellers.

I started out my professional career teaching elementary school However, I also quickly realized that as the sole provider for my household, a teacher's salary would only last so long.

After teaching for four years, I listened to a wise man who said I should obtain my real estate license. I valued his opinion and took his advice. After passing my state exam, I quickly became a licensed real estate agent.

In April of 2016, I let the faculty know that I would not be coming back for my sixth year of teaching. I decided to take the leap of faith, and join a new broker and a mega team. June 1st, 2016 was my last day as a teacher, and the first day of my forever career.

After a month of being full time on a mega team, I quickly became a top producer for the team. The team lead promoted me to Team Manager of 25 +/- agents. I was able to use my teaching background and other life experiences to train and mentor the agents on our team.

In November 2016, I made the decision to leave the mega team and start Chembars Realty Group with the idea and intention to provide my real estate clients with honesty, integrity, and most importantly results. In the month of December, I was awarded the "Most listings for individual" from our Keller Williams office of over 250 agents.
